Job DescriptionApply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.Homeowner Services Officer Location: Eastleigh (Office-based) Rate: 24.30 per hour (LTD) Contract: 3 Months Hours: Full-time, Monday to FridayIm currently working with a respected housing provider who is looking to appoint an experienced Homeowner Services Officer to join their Specialist Residential Services team on a temporary basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for a leasehold professional with strong technical knowledge who can confidently manage a varied portfolio and provide specialist advice to homeowners. The RoleWorking from the Eastleigh office, youll take ownership of a portfolio of leasehold, freehold and shared ownership properties, acting as the key contact for customers and internal stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of homeowner accounts, ensuring high-quality leasehold management servicesInvestigating and responding to service charge enquiries and disputesIdentifying and resolving breaches of lease and covenant issuesManaging lease extensions, assignments, consents and enfranchisement queries in liaison with legal teamsProviding specialist advice to customers and colleagues on leasehold and shared ownership mattersHandling complex or sensitive cases professionally and proactivelyAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Strong experience working within leasehold and shared ownership managementSound knowledge of relevant legislation, including:Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002Landlord and Tenant legislationBuilding Safety Act 2022Experience dealing with service charges, lease variations, extensions, breaches and consentsThe ability to manage challenging conversations and resolve issues calmly and effectivelyExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseloadWhy Apply?Competitive rate of 24.30 LTD per hourImmediate start availableOpportunity to work within a specialist homeowner services teamGain experience with a well-established housing organisationInterested? xjdpvnf If you have the relevant experience and would like to find out more, please get in touch:George Westhead If this role isnt quite right but you work within Housing or Property Services, feel free to get in touch to discuss other opportunities.
