Job DescriptionPlease read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Project Manager 12 month FTCWe are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Project Analyst/Manager to support projects from initial inception and RFP stage through to delivery and close-out. This role is critical in ensuring projects are accurately scoped, costed, resourced, and delivered efficiently while meeting customer and internal requirements.You will act as a key interface between Sales, Project Teams, Senior Management, and Customers, ensuring clarity, control, and insight at every stage of the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project inception and RFP responses by identifying project goals, scope, requirements, and resource needsWork closely with the Sales team to accurately price tender documentation, identifying potential overspends, risks, and mitigation strategiesCollaborate with internal teams to develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, recruitment requirements, and training documentationProduce RAMS and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirementsIdentify potential challenges and risks that could impact project cost, delivery timelines, or qualityCreate and maintain tracking documentation, including asset tracking and resource utilisationDrive improvements in internal systems and processes to increase efficiency across teamsCoordinate logistics to ensure all project requirements are met and manage engineer material and resource requestsAct as an intermediary between senior management, customer project management teams, and internal delivery teamsProduce Management Information (MI) and reporting for internal and external stakeholdersSkills & ExperienceProven experience in a project analysis, xjdpvnf project coordination, or similar roleStrong understanding of project lifecycles, tendering, and commercial awarenessAbility to analyse costs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesExperience producing schedules, documentation, and project tracking toolsConfident stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate at all levelsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficient in relevant project management tools and systemsAbility to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
