In this rewarding role, you will help residents live fulfilling, independent lives while ensuring their health, wellbeing, and happiness remain at the heart of everything you do.What We Offer12.21 per hourContracted to 34.5 hours per week, 3 shifts per week 30 minutes paid breakPension scheme, Paid DBS, Uniform providedAdditional 2 per hour overtime5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)Your RoleAs a Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred care, supporting residents with daily routines, personal care, mobility, and social engagement. You will help residents build confidence, maintain independence, and make positive choices that enhance their wellbeing.
