We specialise in Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, and Palliative care for 72-residents. Positively led by an experienced and supportive senior management team, known for its warmth, dedication, and commitment to delivering care that feels truly personal.Were looking for a Senior Care Assistant with a minimum Level 2 in Health & Social Care (applications from those working towards Level 3 are also welcome). Youll bring a calm, compassionate approach and excellent communication skills as you lead the team on our Residential and Residential Dementia communities.In this role, youll lead the care team, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Youll dispense and administer medication safely and work closely with our Nursing and Management teams to ensure residents receive the best possible support every day.
