We provide personalised Residential, Dementia, Nursing, Palliative and Respite Care, delivered by a dedicated team passionate about care and wellbeing.We are looking for compassionate and motivated Senior Care Assistants to join our team. Whether you are an experienced Care Assistant working towards or holding your SVQ Level 3 qualification, or ready to take the next step in your care career, we would love to hear from you. Day and night shifts are available, with both full-time and part-time contracts.Contract details13.50 per hourFull-time and part-time contracts availablePaid PVG, pension scheme, and uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time hours)What You Will DoAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead and coordinate the care team to ensure the smooth running of the home and maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere. You will support residents with personal care while always prioritising dignity and independence. Your role will include overseeing medication management, ensuring accurate documentation, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
