Job DescriptionReady to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.We are working with one of our public clients in the Cheshire East area to appoint a experienced Personal Advisor, to join there Leaving Care Team.In this role, you will act as a corporate parent by providing practical support, advice, and guidance to care leavers as they transition into independent living.
