The aim? Reduce risk, keep families together, and prevent children entering care or child protection planning wherever possible.Practice in Dudley is restorative at its core, using Motivational Interviewing to create meaningful, sustainable change while recognising the strengths of children, families, and their wider networks.?? About the ServiceThe Adolescent Safeguarding Service includes:6 social work teams and a dedicated Child Exploitation TeamThe Dudley Exploitation Hub, working alongside Police, Missing Team, Health and EducationA truly multi-disciplinary workforce including Social Workers, Youth Workers, Substance Misuse Workers, IDVA, and partners such as Barnardos, CAMHS, Citizens Advice Bureau, Phase Trust, and moreSupporting children who go missing from home is a key part of the service, alongside close partnership working with Youth Justice, Housing, and other agencies.??
