The service provides a supportive and specialist environment for up to 42 residents, including younger adults and male residents living with complex mental health needs.We are now recruiting a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our close knit team. You will follow and contribute to personalised care plans, ensuring support reflects each residents mental health needs, preferences and goals. You will monitor wellbeing, report changes appropriately and work closely with nurses and the wider team to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.You will build professional relationships with residents, offering reassurance, stability and positive engagement. You will support meaningful activities, promote emotional wellbeing and help maintain a calm, respectful atmosphere within the home.
