To support us in this transition we need to establish multi-disciplinary teams where specialist practitioners are co-located with social workers under a unified management structure. This enables a multi-disciplinary whole family response through direct assessment. This is a really exciting time for Rochdale and we need Social Workers to support us in implementing this model.Dont forget, if this role isnt the perfect fit, were confident we can find one that is.
