This is an opportunity to shape a safe, nurturing environment where children can truly feel at home, supported by a highly experienced team and a strong therapeutic framework.You will lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver outstanding care, ensuring children receive the stability, role modelling and support they need to thrive.A relocation package of up to 5,000 is available for candidates willing to move for this opportunity.In addition to a competitive base salary, this role offers the potential to earn up to 18,000 in annual bonuses, paid quarterly.
