Job DescriptionScroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityElectrical Panel Builder / Plant WirerThe Electrical Panel Builder / Plant Wirer will be responsible for the electrical build and wiring of complex industrial equipment, working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure projects are delivered to specification, quality and budget.Your Day-to-Day Will IncludeBuilding electrical control panels, remote boxes and terminal boxes in line with issued schematics and layout drawingsElectrical wiring of complete projects using engineering-issued cable schedulesInstallation of trunking and tray systems, ensuring neat, efficient routing and minimal material wasteLiaising with engineering to resolve queries and ensure schematics and cable schedules are accurate and up to dateCarrying out electrical testing of plant and equipment under the guidance of production supervisionSupporting production to ensure electrical tasks are completed within agreed job budgetsCompleting electrical repairs to workshop plant and machinery as requiredCarrying out PAT testing of company portable electrical equipmentSupporting on-site electrical work at customer locations when requiredWhat's in It for YouPermanent role with a global engineering businessVaried, technically interesting work on bespoke equipmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageQuarterly bonus schemeEnhanced pension options including salary exchange and pension top-upLife assuranceStrong long-term career and development prospectsApplyTo be considered, candidates must be qualified to 18th Edition standards and have experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment. xjdpvnf Forklift or scissor lift licences, experience working at height, and flexibility to travel would be advantageous but are not essential.All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
