Our dedicated team plays a vital role in ensuring residents feel supported, comfortable and truly at home.We are now recruiting an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role on shift, support colleagues and help deliver outstanding, person centred care in a supportive and rewarding environment.What We Offer13.60 per hourContracted to 38.5 hours per weekPaid PVG, Pension scheme, Uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contractYour RoleAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead by example and support the smooth running of the shift, ensuring residents receive safe, high quality care. You will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily routines while promoting dignity, choice and independence. You will administer medication, maintain accurate care records and ensure care plans and risk assessments reflect each residents needs and preferences.You will communicate effectively with residents, families and professionals, respond promptly to call bells and support the team to maintain a calm, organised and positive environment within the home.
