Job DescriptionRead on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.SAP EWM ConsultantBristol, Chester or Coventry - 2-3 days per month on site500-550/day Inside IR-35BPSS role - no clearance requiredOverview: Lead the functional design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA EWM across multiple UK sites. Work with product owners, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable, template-driven warehouse and production logistics capabilities. Non-SAP integration refers to an external ERP. You will not work inside that system.Key Responsibilities:Run requirements workshops and produce designs, specs, and test assetsConfigure and test EWM processes: inbound, outbound, inventory, executionSupport SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercareOwn process mapping, gap analysis, and improvementsConfigure EWM objects: HU, packing specs, putaway and removal, replenishmentSet up task and resource management, RF screens, exceptions, warehouse monitorSupport production integration: staging, consumption posting, confirmationsCollaborate on automation integration and WCS handshakes (monitoring and error handling patterns)Support data migration of EWM objects and integration with SAP and external ERP (no hands-on in external ERP)Contribute to template vs site-specific design and embedded vs decentralised EWM decisionsPriority Skills:Inventory management and stock handlingSpace utilisation, slotting, replenishmentMaterial flow and storage control (POSC, LOSC where relevant)Automation and WCS integration patternsProduction integration with S/4 PPTransportation execution and planning touchpoints with TMQuality and yard managementIntegration Footprint (priority order): MM, SD, TM, PP, QM, FIRequirements:3+ years of hands-on SAP EWM functional consulting (S/4HANA preferred)S/4HANA EWM certification (does not need to be current)Track record of new warehouse deployments and full lifecycle deliveryStrong documentation, stakeholder communication, and workshop skillsAerospace industry experience is an advantageFlexibility and Travel:Remote firstOn-site on average 1-2 times per month across Bristol, Manchester (Chester), and CanleyFlexibility to increase on-site presence at key stagesReasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
