This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple live jobs, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, and seeing work through from survey to completion.The projects will not be large-scale, high-value programmes, but rather a steady flow of smaller, fast-moving works that require strong organisation, customer communication, and commercial awareness.As a Project Manager, you will be hands-on, site-aware, and comfortable managing several jobs at once while ensuring compliance, quality, and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of small works and project jobs from initial survey through to completionAttend site to assess scope, design requirements, and installation needsCompile technical quotations in line with industry standards and internal pricing toolsLiaise with customers to manage expectations and improve quote-to-order conversionCoordinate engineers and subcontractors to ensure works are completed on timeSchedule works and resources efficiently across multiple live jobsMaintain accurate records using the company ERP systemMonitor progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholdersIdentify risks and resolve issues that may impact deliveryRaise purchase orders for materials and subcontract servicesTrack delivery of parts to site or engineersInvoice customers and follow up as requiredComplete project handovers and resolve any post-completion issuesEnsure health and safety compliance at all times, including PPE and safe working practicesSupport quality audits and health & safety toolbox talks xjdpvnf Experience & Skills RequiredProven Project Manager experience within fire systems, ideally small works or service-led projectsExperience with fire installation and commissioningFIA qualifications or equivalent, with strong knowledge of BS 5839Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple jobs concurrentlyCommercial awareness including quoting and margin controlConfident communicator with strong customer service skillsCompetent using ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsDesirable QualificationsAdditional FIA qualifications (design or risk assessment)Formal Project Manager qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, or PMPStrong stakeholder and subcontractor management skillsSER-IN
