Be a part of it.Cygnet Group are looking for a confident Nights Support Worker with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.The Old Vicarageis a specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs. We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.You will be working 40 hours per week, across 4 x 12-hour night shifts, working nights only.Our resident profile:Adults from the age of 18+ yearsIndividuals with a primary diagnosis of learning disability, accompanied with behaviours that challeng,e including mental illness or a forensic backgroundIndividuals with a secondary diagnosis of personality disorder or autismMay have communication challengesMay have associated complex needsPay:Salary: 12.21 - 12.53 Per HourYour day-to-dayOffer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our careProvide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional supportLearn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfare needsReport on medical & welfare needs as requiredSafeguardMaintain a safe, clean environment for allWhy Cygnet?
