Specialising in the production ofvery small, high-precision componentsfor sectors includingaerospace, automotive (Formula 1), and medical, this is an exciting opportunity to lead quality operations in a cutting-edge environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a small team of2 quality professionals.Oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control across production.Develop, implement, and maintain the companys Quality Management System (QMS).Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.Program and operateCMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines)for precision inspection.Analyse quality data and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues and improvements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.RequirementsProven experience in aQuality Managementrole within aprecision engineeringor manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge ofCMM programmingand metrology tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. In-depth understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
