The home provides specialist support for up to 32 residents living with mental health conditions, including Korsakoffs syndrome and Alcohol Related Brain Damage, with a strong focus on independence and wellbeing.We are looking for compassionate and reliable Bank Support Workers to support both day shifts and waking night shifts. This is a flexible, zero hours role, ideal for those looking to fit work around other commitments while making a real difference.As a Support Worker, you will be an essential part of the care team, supporting residents to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.What We Offer12.21 per hourBank zero hours contractDayshift and waking night shifts availablePension subject to auto enrolmentUniform providedWhat You Will DoYou will support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible. You will follow individual care plans, monitor residents wellbeing, and report any concerns to senior staff. You will promote dignity and respect at all times, encourage positive social interaction, respond promptly to call bells or emergencies, and help maintain a calm, safe, and welcoming environment.
