This role will provide key day-to-day support to the maintenance function, helping organise, track, and coordinate maintenance activities within a busy industrial manufacturing environment.This position is ideal for someone with experience working alongside maintenance teams who enjoys organising tasks, keeping records up to date, and ensuring maintenance activities run smoothly. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedulesMaintain and update maintenance records, logs, and job sheetsAssist in planning maintenance activities to minimise production downtimeLiaise with maintenance engineers, production staff, and external contractorsRaise purchase orders and assist with ordering spares, parts, and consumablesTrack breakdowns, repairs, and completed maintenance workSupport compliance with health & safety and site proceduresProvide general office and administrative support related to maintenance activitiesRequirementsPrevious experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environmentExperience supporting or coordinating maintenance activities (formal or informal)Strong organisational skills with attention to detailConfident using basic IT systems (Excel, Word, email, xjdpvnf maintenance logs)Able to communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and managementReliable, proactive, and able to work independentlyGood understanding of health & safety in an industrial settingWhat We OfferPart-time hours offering an excellent work-life balanceSupportive, experienced team environmentStable, long-term opportunityCompetitive hourly ratePlease click APPLY now for this great opportunity as a Maintenance Support Engineer!
