The schools are investing in modern technologies to support next-generation teaching, offering strong technical exposure in a progressive environment.Key Responsibilities Provide responsive IT support to teaching and support staff Administer and maintain Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) environments Support Windows 11 devices and Microsoft 365 services Maintain wired and wireless networks, firewalls and filtering systems Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, mobile devices and AV equipment Keep users informed on issue resolution and system updatesKey Attributes Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills Logical, methodical and calm under pressure Comfortable supporting users at all technical levels xjdpvnf Professional and personable within a school setting Motivated to continue learning and developing skillsExperience Required Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Exposure to Windows Server 2019/2022 environments Knowledge of networking fundamentals (wired, wireless, firewall basics) Experience supporting end-user hardware and AV systems Must live within commutable distance of Surrey-based site Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS clearance
