Job Description: Digital Delivery Lead 6 month contract Hybrid working - Lincolnshire base Inside IR35 Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Lead to join a collaborative team on a greenfield project. In this role, you'll be the primary delivery lead for one or more front-end product teams working with Scrum. As the Digital Delivery Lead, you'll be the primary delivery facilitator for one or more agile teams. You will be instrumental in leading the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes are aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities and Skills: Act as the primary delivery lead, facilitating all agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews). Champion agile principles and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive delivery momentum across sprints. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, and UX Designers to ensure a clear understanding and prioritisation of work. Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and delivery risks to stakeholders using reporting tools and dashboards. Promote team ownership and accountability while creating a safe and productive environment. Coordinate across multiple technology teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Work with stakeholders to plan releases, manage scope, and balance delivery with quality. Support and coach team members in agile ways of working. Ensure the team adheres to relevant governance, compliance, and technical delivery standards.
