HR Administrator Sub Department HR Operations Location St Johns Campus Salary 24,531 to 26,093 Post Type Part Time Hours per Week 21 Contract Type Permanent Closing Date Monday 16 March 2026 Reference HR2603 Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to work within the HR Operations Team in a busy and varied role. The HR Operations Team manage the workflows of the employment lifecycle and supports managers in delivering the associated procedures. Acting as a first point of contact for the department on all employee lifecycle-related queries, you will provide administration support on a wide range of HR processes covering terms and conditions, onboarding and HR record management. The main purpose of the role will be to deliver excellent customer service by providing an effective and efficient HR administration service and support to the HR Team. You may also have the opportunity to participate in HR projects to support the HR Strategy. This is a varied role, so your flexibility, enthusiasm and professional approach will be key requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a Human Resources environment, working collaboratively with a supportive and dedicated team to deliver a first-class customer service. This is a part time role, with the working pattern agreed upon appointment.
