Design Manager Construction | Luxury Fit-Out | Super Prime London Residences We are seeking an experienced Design Manager from a contracting background to act as the lead on a flagship high-end residential development in London, acting on behalf of a long-established luxury fit-out contractor, who has reputation for excellence and innovation. In this role, you will be the link pin between the design and operational interface on a live project, ensuring all design information is fully coordinated and compliant with client requirements, programme timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Manage internal design team, consultants and subcontractors to meet programme and budget requirements. Chair design meetings, monitor approvals and oversee RFIs. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, Building Regulations, CDM, and project standards. Provide technical solutions to design and buildability challenges. Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication, providing regular updates. What Were Looking For: Ideally a qualification in a construction related field, construction management or design. Proven experience in design management on luxury construction or fit-out projects. Excellent knowledge of 2D/3D design, BIM processes and design coordination.
