The Role Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for purchasing company materials while ensuring strong supplier performance, cost efficiency and reliable delivery. Key responsibilities: Manage supplier relationships and support supplier development Place purchase orders and negotiate pricing and terms Monitor supplier performance and maintain scorecards Support day-to-day purchasing activities with the commercial team Manage stock levels, scheduling and re-ordering Handle shipping documentation and logistics compliance Use ERP systems for purchase orders and KPI reporting Maintain purchasing data including pricing and item records Collate ESG data including freight CO2 reporting Support cross-functional collaboration and improvement initiatives The ideal candidate The successful candidate will be an organised and analytical purchasing professional with experience managing suppliers and supporting supply chain operations.
