Warehouse Night Shift Manager Location : Huyton Pay : 31,500 per year Shifts : 00:00-09:00 Days : Tuesday-Saturday Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Night Shift Manager to oversee warehouse operations during the overnight hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, managing staff schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the night shift. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all warehouse operations during the night shift Manage, motivate, and coordinate night shift warehouse staff and team leaders Ensure all picking, packing, loading, and dispatch targets are met on time Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality standards throughout the shift Enforce health, safety, and security procedures at all times Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and goods movement Plan labour resources to meet workload demands and KPIs Conduct shift handovers and report operational issues to senior management Investigate and resolve operational, staffing, or performance issues Support training, onboarding, and performance management of team members Skills Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role Strong leadership and people-management skills Good understanding of warehouse systems, processes, and KPIs Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Good communication and organisational skills Health 'safety awareness (manual handling, equipment, compliance) Comfortable working permanent night shifts If you are looking to join a growing warehouse night shift team and are comfortable and experienced with managing shifts, apply for the role today!
