CNC Miller Machine Cell Setter / Operator Location: Bedford Job Type: Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established manufacturing business in Bedford. This role will focus on the setting and operation of CNC milling machines within a busy production environment. Key Responsibilities Set and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture components to specification Select appropriate tooling and prepare machine setups Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions Inspect finished components using measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met Identify and resolve machining issues to maintain efficient production Work closely with the production team to meet build schedules Maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping in the work area Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Miller Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Experience using inspection and measuring equipment Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling Good mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment Benefits Company pension Free on-site parking Please note: Our client is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
