Manufacturing Operative - Cladding Sector Location: Euxton, Chorley Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm Pay: 12.21 per hour (increasing to 12.50 after 12 weeks) Contract: Ongoing Role Temp to Perm About the Role We are recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy and expanding cladding manufacturer in the Chorley area. This is an excellent long-term opportunity with full training provided and genuine prospects for a permanent role. As part of the production team, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by using a variety of hand and power tools, working to specifications, and ensuring products are cut, built, and prepared correctly. Key Responsibilities Using hand and power tools including industrial saws and drills Cutting materials to specific measurements Framing, stacking and general assembly tasks Reading and understanding production paperwork Maintaining a clean and safe work area Working as part of a team to meet production targets Working Environment This is a physically demanding position within a dusty, wet and cold manufacturing environment. It would suit someone who is looking to develop their hands-on manufacturing skills and enjoys practical, active work.
