Emerging Talent AdvisorApprox 3 month contract Around £20 ph, PAYE Onsite role - 4 days per week at RosythRole:The Emerging Talent Advisor supports the recruitment, onboarding, development, and employee relations of apprentices, graduates, and undergraduates at the Rosyth site. Reporting to the Emerging Talent team, the role focuses on improving participant experience, ensuring programme consistency, and supporting future workforce growth. Key responsibilities include supporting apprentice performance and absence management, coordinating onboarding and induction, liaising with internal teams and training providers, assisting with reporting, monitoring progress, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes.Requirements: Strong knowledge of HR, recruitment, or employee relations processes, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and ability to manage priorities effectively.Qualifications: A Level (or equivalent), GCSE English & Maths, with CIPD Level 5 desirableTPBN1_UKTJ
