Role: Sales Executive Location: Remote Salary: Up to £50,000 basic salary + commission Hlx are partnered with a leading specialist solutions provider supporting regulated industries with their compliance. With a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer partnership, the company works with leading organisations across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.You will:Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreachResearch target accounts within Pharma, Biotech, and Life SciencesBook qualified meetings for senior sales team membersBuild and manage an active prospect pipelineFollow up on marketing-generated leadsMaintain accurate CRM records and activity trackingDevelop a strong understanding of their services and solutionsWork closely with the Business Development and Marketing teamsThis is a high-activity role suited to someone with a strong work ethic, resilience, and a “hunter” mentality.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generationConfident and professional in communication styles Comfortable handling objections and building rapportHighly organised with strong follow-up disciplineSelf-motivated and target-drivenExperience using CRM systemsInterest in technical or solution-based sales (Life Sciences experience a bonus but not essential)Great opportunity for a clear pathway for progression into a BDM role.
