We’re working with a growing B2B SaaS organisation that’s looking to hire a Renewals Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of subscription clients and lead them through the full renewal and extension lifecycle.This role would suit someone with strong B2B sales experience who enjoys commercially led conversations, structured pipeline management and negotiating subscription renewals within a fast-paced account base.What you’ll be doingManaging 35–40 customer accounts within a defined renewal windowOwning the 3–4 month pre-renewal cycle from handover to closeLeading renewal conversations and negotiating contract termsIdentifying and closing upsell and extension opportunitiesProactively planning your pipeline to protect retention and revenueMaintaining accurate CRM records and forecastsWhat they’re looking for2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales, account management or renewalsConfident handling commercial conversations and closing contractsOrganised and able to manage multiple accounts at onceProactive, forward-thinking approach to pipeline managementProfessional communicator across phone, video and emailTarget-driven with strong attention to detailWhy apply?Salary circa £35,000+ plus strong commissionClear revenue ownership with realistic earning potentialHybrid working (office typically Mondays and alternate Wednesdays)Established team with strong tenure and supportive leadershipStructured renewals process within a growing SaaS business
