Company Description Zambrew is a UK-based importer specializing in premium green coffee from Uganda, offering both Robusta and Arabica coffees to UK roasters. With a dedicated presence in Uganda, Zambrew collaborates closely with local farmers and cooperatives, ensuring a streamlined supply chain from origin to the UK. Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Commission-Based Green Coffee Sales Representative located in the UK, with the flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will focus on building relationships with clients, identifying and securing new business opportunities within the coffee sector, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. Additional tasks include negotiating sales contracts, presenting Zambrew's product portfolio, staying informed on market trends, and collaborating with the team to grow the company's presence in the UK green coffee market. This role is comission-based with the potential for full time hire. Qualifications Proven sales expertise, particularly in the food and beverage or coffee industryStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsUnderstanding of green coffee trade, including quality and supply chain processes, is a plusAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyExperience building long-term client relationships and generating new business leadsProficiency in market research and identifying relevant opportunitiesA passion for sustainability and ethical sourcing is advantageous
