We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist with strong experience across digital print (Ink jet) and finishing disciplines. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international business where you will play a key role in driving sales, supporting customers, and delivering tailored solutions from concept through to completion.The ideal candidate will have industry experience, but also eager to learn new technologies, be adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment that includes both UK and international travel. Key Responsibilities:Develop, grow and maintain your sales pipeline, consult with customers throughout the project from initial enquiry to installation. Solution based selling, recognising customer hurdles and challenges in workflow and productivity and sell the solution. Represent the company at customer sites, manufacturers, demonstrations, and industry events.Requirements: Proven experience across a broad range of digital print, finishing equipment and the associated processes. Strong sales ability with a customer-focused, consultative approach, competent with Microsoft 365, and digital systems and workflows, such as a CRM (Sales Force) Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand and translate customer requirements into practical solutions. Strong project management capability and organisational skills Flexible attitude with willingness to travel within the UK and internationally. Committed, and self-motivated. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills desirable. Technical curiosity and eagerness to develop new skills. Ability to adapt solutions to suit varied production environments. Confidence delivering demonstrations and technical discussions with customers. Product and solution training will be provided by the manufacturers.
