Systems youll be working on: Ticket Kiosks, Barrier Systems, and the latest Ai ANPR/CCTV Camera technology!Full product training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong networking and minor electrical skills who wants to develop in a specialist, futurefocused industry.The RoleAs a Field Service Engineer, you will:Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance on parking and access control systemsSupport installation and upgrade projects when requiredDiagnose electrical, networking, and softwarerelated faultsConfigure system software, update firmware, and perform basic applicationlevel troubleshootingWork independently, managing your own schedule across the MidlandsDeliver a professional, customerfocused service at all timesExperience Required for Field Service EngineerYou must have experience in a fieldbased service, maintenance, or service role, ideally involving one or more of the following:ATM or payment systemsNetworking / WiFi equipmentCCTV / ANPR camerasAccess control or security systemsTicket kiosks / machinesIntercom systemsEPOS equipmentSoftwaredriven or PCbased hardware systemsField Service Engineer Skills & CompetenciesBasic electrical knowledge and strong networking faultfinding abilityConfident working with hardware, cabling, and lowvoltage systemsAbility to troubleshoot software issues, install updates, and configure system settingsComfortable using diagnostic tools, remote support software, and system interfacesAble to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentationExcellent communication skills and a customerfirst approachComfortable travelling and working independentlyESSENTIAL RequirementsFull UK Driving LicenceStrong networking and smart device experienceBasic ElectricalexperienceRight to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)Strong written and verbal EnglishDESIRABLE RequirementsRecognised qualification in electrical engineering (ECS card / 18th edition / PAT testing etc.)Recognised qualification in network engineering (CompTIA, Cisco, HND in Computing etc.)If you are interested in theField Service Engineerrole or have any questions, please apply with your latest CV and I will give you a call to discuss the next step of your application and answer your questions. xjdpvnf Please keep an eye out for my call and SMS once applying.
