You'll be:Providing safe, trauma-informed careCreating structure, routine, and a calm environmentSupporting education, independence, and life skillsPreparing meals and promoting healthy daily habitsEnsuring young people feel heard, respected, and valuedAttending appointments and community activitiesTransporting young people using your own vehicle when requiredHelping them transition positively into their next placement or future pathway?? What You'll Need? Experience supporting children or young people (voluntary or paid)? A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle? Emotional resilience, empathy, and patience? Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and sleep-ins? Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply)A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.?? What We Offer??
