The OpportunityAs Team Leader, you'll:Lead and supervise Residential Support Workers, setting the standard for exceptional childcare practiceWork closely with the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality, therapeutic careCreate a structured and emotionally supportive home environmentSupport young people to attend appointments, family visits, and community activitiesBe a consistent, positive role model during pivotal moments in their livesYou'll play a key role in maintaining compliance with care standards while keeping the focus where it belongs - on the young people.??
