The team has lacked direction for a period of time, so this role would suit an experienced and capable leader who enjoys problem solving and putting things right.On offer is a salary of circa 42,000 to 45,000 per annum, a quarterly bonus scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, flexibility and autonomy. This provider operates a number of care homes across the South West. Support is available when you need it, without micromanagement or unnecessary red tape, so youll be able to influence change and run the service your way.The Registered Manager roleProvide day to day leadership to the staff teamEnsure care records, risk assessments and documentation are comprehensive and up to dateConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standardsEnsure company policies and procedures are understood and followed by staffCarry out supervision and appraisalsEnsure the people you support have outcome focused care plans and are encouraged to develop their skillsCommunicate effectively with external professionals including GPs, social workers and the local authority, as well as families and friendsAbout youWere looking for a strong and capable leader who can motivate staff and create a positive working environment. Youll need experience managing a regulated care service for people with learning disabilities and youll have previously held Registered Manager status with CQC.Youll have strong attention to detail and take a thorough approach in everything you do.
