Youll work closely with Engineering, Projects, Sales, and Operations to build robust schedules, manage competing priorities, and keep delivery on track.Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the master production and project schedule across multiple facilitiesBuild detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines from initiation through to completionAnalyse production capacity and forecast future demand in partnership with SalesLead cross-functional capacity planning to optimise long-term manufacturing outputMonitor progress, expedite delays, and adjust schedules to manage unforeseen changesCommunicate schedule status, risks, and actions to stakeholders and senior managementTrack KPIs and produce reports to measure manufacturing and project performanceEnsure all planning activity aligns with Health & Safety standards and best practiceDesirable Skills & ExperienceExperience in a Planner, Scheduler, or similar role within manufacturing or project deliveryStrong knowledge of production planning, capacity forecasting, and resource managementProficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar) and ERP systemsExperience with critical path and resource analysisIf this sounds like your kind of challenge, Id love to tell you more. xjdpvnf Get in touch with Skye Madden - Managing Consultant at Jackson Hogg.
