Youd be the go-to AV contact on site, ensuring meeting rooms and event spaces are fully set up, tested, and running smoothly.The role is very hands-on and includes:Supporting meetings, webinars, and live/hybrid eventsSetting up and operating AV equipment (displays, microphones, VC systems, control panels)Troubleshooting issues quickly and calmly in live environmentsSupporting streaming, recording, and post-event media tasksWorking closely with IT and Facilities teams on system rollouts and multi-site eventsCarrying out daily ready for business checks to ensure spaces are fully operationalAssisting with room and furniture setups where requiredTheyre looking for someone with solid AV experience in a corporate or professional environment, strong knowledge of video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex), and familiarity with control systems such as Crestron or Extron.
