They have an open vacancy within their Field Service Engineering team at East Midlands Airport after a continued period of sustained growth.If you are an experienced field-based Electrician/Technician or have previous hands-on experience/ qualifications within any of the following areas, then this would be the ideal role for you!Vehicle Mechanics / Electronics / Re-manufacturing/Assembly / General Maintenance/Engineering / Facilities Maintenance / ATM / Gaming MachinesIMPORTANT: Full Training will be provided as well as a company van - please note all applicants must have a full drivers license due to the nature of this role.Job Title: Field Service EngineerWeekly Hours: 30 Hours a week - 4:30am - 14:30pmSalary: 14.16 per hour.Role Type: Part Time - 3 days a WeekLocation: East Midlands AirportRole DescriptionCarry out Remedial Maintenance initiated by customer requests for service as directedPartake in and carry out machine installations and commissioning as requiredEnsure that all Technical Documentation is kept available and up to dateEnsure that at all times you promote the Best Practise approach to your dutiesComplete all necessary Work Dockets and Reports as part of the Service and Maintenance proceduresAssistance in maintenance of organisational charts for customers as a basis for the NetworkingAssisting in producing weekly xjdpvnf and monthly reportsDesirablePrevious experience in a Field Service Engineering or Technician roleMechanical/Electrical knowledge, previous experience in maintenance or some form of mechanics/electricsExperience in working out on the road from a van or carGood customer relationship skillsFlexible approach to working hours and daysAble to work under pressureHave good problem-solving acumenAble to both work independently and also as part of a team
