We also support clients who have physical disabilities or who are vulnerable living on their own.What Youll be DoingLeadership: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team.Oversee the day-to-day operationsRegulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC- equivalent standards.Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the homes financial sustainability.Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionalsPromote a warm, positive and inclusive environmentWhat Youll NeedAt least 1+ years experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home.Registered with CQC Preferable but not essential.Experience with Mental Health & Challenging BehaviourStrong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards. xjdpvnf Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.Why Join Us?Access to mandatory training with opportunities for further professional development and career growthAuto enrolment PensionCareer development opportunitiesEligibility for blue light card
