Were recruiting on behalf of a growing business in Darlington seeking a proactive and hands-on Health & Safety Advisor to join their busy team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is your chance to take ownership of your role, work directly with clients, and make a real impact.Key Responsibilities:Provide practical health and safety advice and support to a range of clientsDevelop, review, and maintain policies, risk assessments, method statements, and other key documentsConduct audits, investigations, and implement action plans to resolve issuesSupport clients with accreditations such as CHAS, ROSPA, Safe ContractorEngage with new clients and contribute to business development; sales experience or a willingness to sell is essentialMaintain client records in CRM systems and ensure proactive account managementWhat Were Looking For:Essential:NEBOSH General CertificateMinimum 3 years relevant Health & Safety experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsCompetent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointClean, full UK driving licenceDesirable:NEBOSH Fire Certificate or Construction CertificateExperience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentSkills & Attributes:Able to work independently while managing your own workloadDetail-oriented, organised, and proactiveFlexible and adaptable with the ability to meet tight deadlinesProfessional, approachable, and able to build strong client relationshipsRole Details:Location: Darlington (with some travel in the North East)Hours: Up to 40 per week, Monday to FridaySalary: 30,000 33,000 per annumHoliday: 28 days per year including bank holidays3-month probationMust have the right to work in the UKThis is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Health & Safety professional who enjoys variety, client engagement, and being trusted to deliver results. xjdpvnf Apply today to take the next step in your career!
