This is a Temp to Perm role and an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regulated manufacturing environment where quality, safety and precision are key.The roleYou will support the production of components within the chemical processing area, ensuring all work meets strict customer specifications and internal quality standards. The successful candidate will play an important role in achieving quality, cost and delivery targets.What you'll be doingManufacture components using chemical processing techniques in line with customer specifications and quality proceduresAccurately interpret and complete production route cardsMaintain high quality standards while meeting delivery targetsConsistently follow Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures, including accurate completion of data cardsParticipate in team-based activities and continuous improvement initiativesCarry out any other reasonable duties as requested by managementWhat you'll bringComfortable working with hazardous substances while maintaining high levels of concentrationCapable of working independently with limited supervision, delivering accurate and timely resultsConfident performing simple mathematical calculationsComputer xjdpvnf literate, with familiarity in Excel spreadsheetsStrong awareness of Health & Safety standardsReliable team player with good timekeepingFlexible and willing to work overtime and rotating shift patternsPhysically fit and in good health, as the role involves lifting items of varying sizes and weightsWhy this role?Full training and developmentShift premium where applicableOpportunity to work within a quality-focused manufacturing environmentCareer progression opportunities
