Job DescriptionWant to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.Project EngineerLocation:Beccles, SuffolkHours:Monday to Friday, 08:0016:30 (40 hrs/week)Salary:Competitive, DOEContract:PermanentReporting to the Project & Site Services Manager, youll manage projects from machinery installation and decommissioning to continuous improvement initiatives - ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects and improvement programs within agreed budgets/timelinesInstall, maintain, and decommission production machineryCollaborate with suppliers and contractorsEnsure compliance with safety standards and complete risk assessmentsDrive efficiency and performance improvementsMaintain accurate documentationAdhere to health, safety, and hygiene standardsComply with company EHS policies and statutory provisionsTake responsibility and maintain high standards of workOccasional travel to other sitesQualifications & ExperienceNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringKnowledge of a second disciplineExperience with manufacturing/production equipmentPUWER and machinery safety knowledge (desirable)Full UK driving licence; forklift licence (desirable)Why Work Through Hales Group?Our consultants are experienced, qualified, and committed to finding the right job for you.
