Job DescriptionScroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.Rail Maintenance Electrician Greater AngliaA client of mine is currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover sites across the Greater Anglia region, ideally based around the Stansted area.Working HoursMonday to Friday: 08:00 17:30Additional hours may be required depending on workloadOccasional weekend workingRequired to respond to callouts as neededThe Role Duties will include:Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance (PPM) across electrical assetsCompleting worksheets accurately and submitting to Head Office weeklyMaking recommendations regarding plant conditionSubmitting Life Expired Asset reports where necessaryCompiling remedial works lists following PPM visitsAssisting the Contracts Manager with costingsOrdering materials and submitting paperwork weeklyAttending training and Health & Safety courses as directedFollowing correct accident and incident reporting proceduresRequirementsFully qualified Electrician (qualifications will be verified)Experience within reactive and planned maintenance environmentsFull UK driving licenceComfortable working independently across multiple sitesFlexible to respond to calloutsSalaryUp to 40,000 depending on experienceBenefits20 days annual leaveAuto-enrolment pension (3% employer / 5% employee)Company van xjdpvnf Fuel cardiPad and iPhone providedDoor-to-door working dayCallout & OvertimeContractual callout: 1 in 4 weeks (currently operating closer to 1 in 6 flexibility required)Callout hours: 17:30 08:00 for 7 consecutive daysStandby payment: 125 per weekMinimum 4 hours paid per callout attendedOvertime Rates:x1.5 Monday to Friday 17:3008:00 & Saturday 08:0014:00x2 Saturday 14:00 through to Monday 08:00
