This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the mechanical, processing, installation, food or related engineering environments.The role requires candidates to live near to the Huntingdon - St. Neots - Cambrdige area and have their own transport because the office is in a rural area.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of contracts from order receipt to successful installation and handoverCollaborate closely with clients and internal departments throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and agree on project scope with customers and sales teamManage project schedule using Gantt chartsGenerate project documentation such as Scope of Supply, timing plans, P&IDs, BOMs, and layout drawingsSource and specify bought-out components and equipmentOversee equipment delivery, installation, and customer acceptance testingHandle project changes and ensure timely invoicingCoordinate subcontractors and oversee installations on-site in the UK and abroadRequirements:Previous experience in a similar role within a process engineering environment, preferably in the Food Processing IndustryDemonstrated success in managing engineering projectsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholdersEnthusiastic and proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and MS ProjectFamiliarity with AutoCAD LTKnowledge of steam systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pipework, and basic electrical control systemsValid UK driving licenceIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project management and engineering, this is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in their sector.
