This is a rewarding, people-focused role where youll have the freedom to plan and manage your own day, while making a genuine difference in the community.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building trust face to face, and supporting people to live safely and confidently in their own homes.About the RoleYoull be the organisations friendly, professional representative in the community, visiting customers in their own homes to ensure their emergency alarm systems, pendants and telecare equipment are correctly installed, working effectively and up to date.You will manage your own diary, arrange visits directly with customers, and spend the majority of your time out in the community rather than behind a desk.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organise and manage your own daily schedule of home visitsVisit older and vulnerable adults in their homes to demonstrate, install and check community alarms, pendants and telecare equipmentAssess individual needs and recommend the most suitable equipment and placementEnsure emergency contact fobs and buzzers are fully functional and correctly set upProvide clear, reassuring demonstrations and guidance to customersAct as a trusted point of contact, delivering a responsive and supportive serviceWhat Were Looking ForExperience working with older and/or vulnerable adultsSelf-motivated, organised and confident working independentlyStrong interpersonal skills with a calm, reassuring mannerGood basic knowledge of technology (IT and telecoms) or willingness to learnFull UK xjdpvnf driving licenceAccess to your own vehicle (mileage paid for business travel)Whats on Offer37 hours per week no long hours or shift workCommunity-based role with autonomy to plan your own dayMileage paid for use of your own vehicleOpportunity to progress into other roles within a growing organisationA role that genuinely supports independence and safety for vulnerable peopleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that truly cares about the people it supports, while offering flexibility, independence and meaningful work.
