In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries over the phone and in writing. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about starting a career in IT or looking to enhance their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.Required skills:Strong work ethic and excellent organizational skillsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectivelyAbility to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanourGood communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with users and understand their technical issuesA quick learner who is eager for professional and personal growth and developmentMust be able to driveThe following experience would be beneficial:Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systemsAbility to troubleshoot common desktop issues such as software installation and malfunction, network connectivity, and printing problemsFamiliarity with Microsoft cloud services, especially Azure Active Directory and ExchangeEntry requirements:3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subjectGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subjectYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
