You will play a vital role in supporting residents with personal care, daily routines, and overall wellbeing, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and homely environment.What We Offer12.21 per hourFlexible contracted hours (1144 per week)Paid DBS checkFree uniformCompany pension schemeFree onsite parking5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata)What You Will DoAs a Care Assistant, you will support residents with personal care and day-to-day activities, always encouraging independence where possible. You will follow individual care plans, observe and report any changes in residents health, assist at mealtimes, and provide companionship.
