We are currently recruiting Pickers & Packers for a busy and growing operation in West Cumbria. Pickers & Packers - Night-shift Location: West Cumbria Pay Rate: 13.80 per hour, increasing to 14.48 per hour Start Date: Immediate Contract: Ongoing with the opportunity to secure a permanent position Working Hours: Night-shift 5 days out of 7 (Sunday to Saturday rota) The Role: Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently Working towards daily targets Ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail Maintaining a clean and safe working environment What We're Looking For: Good attention to detail Reliable and punctual individuals Ability to work as part of a team Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for stable, ongoing work with competitive pay and progression opportunities.
