Production Team Leader - Working 7 Steel Service UK Barnsley 332.275 including Shift Premium, plus Production Bonus. 39 Hours, rotating shifts of Mornings, Afternoons and Nights Mornings Monday-Thursday, 6am-2pm, Friday 6am-1pm Afternoons Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 1pm-8pm Nights Monday-Thursday 10pm-6am, Friday 8pm-3am As a Production Team Leader, you will play a vital part in our production process and managing a team. Your role would be to work alongside the team in the production process by operating the relevant machinery and equipment, which could range from Gantry Crane to a Rolline Line, Straightening or Welding machine. You will also be required to coach and mentor your team and be the first point of contact in your section whilst maintaining accurate daily production records and leading shift meetings. Ideally, youll come from a production background and will be looking to take on a leadership role. What's most important to us is that you know how to follow strict safety procedures.
