VACANCY: Sales Lister LOCATION : Colchester SALARY 30k OTE 50k AMR are currently working with a well-established and ambitious estate agency in Colchester that are looking to appoint an experienced,confident and motivated Sales Lister to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional to play a key role in winning new instructions, strengthening client relationships, and contributing directly to business growth within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Our clientspride themselves on delivering exceptional results for theirclients while maintaining the highest professional standards. The Role This is a key, revenue-generating role within the branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Proactively generating valuation opportunities and new instructions Attending market appraisals and converting valuations into listings Building strong relationships with prospective vendors Advising clients on pricing strategy and marketing approach Working closely with office negotiators to ensure seamless service delivery Monitoring pipeline performance to ensure swift sales progression Maintaining regular communication with vendors throughout the sales process Working to agreed performance targets for listings, conversion rates and revenue About You They are looking for a motivated, professional and target-driven individual with: A proven track record of successfully listing properties for sale Strong valuation and negotiation skills Experience working in residential sales (local knowledge preferred) A demonstrable ability to win business in competitive situations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and self-motivated approach High professional standards and strong organisational skills A full UK driving licence What they offer: Ongoing training with market-leading sales trainers A generous and rewarding commission structure with profit share Company support to achieve and maintain Propertymark membership A positive, performance-driven team culture Salary: 30,000 including car allowance (depending on experience) OTE 50,000 We like to speak to every application, but due to the current climate this is not always possible.
